Nottingham Commons
I am sure that many of you have noticed the area on Campbell Boulevard that is under construction on the corner of Campbell Boulevard and Franklin Square Drive and Campbell Boulevard and Philadelphia Road. You may have already eaten at the fairly new restaurant, Chipotle or pumped some iron at the new gym, Merrit Athletic Club. But if you still don’t know what is developing in that area, keep on reading!
The lot has been rezoned to mimic the shopping center across the street called Notthingham Square, which includes Target, Lowes, Party City, Dick’s Sporting Goods and many other shops. The new shopping center is named Nottingham Commons, which will feature popular stores, such as TJMaxx, Petco, and DSW. The construction of the shopping center is planned to be completed in Summer of 2016.
