Heather Lane is a highly organized individual who develops and implements systems for buyers, sellers, database management, lead generation, back office support and various company operations. She ensures that all processes run smoothly and is consistently looking for new ways to improve system efficiency. Heather is also responsible for creating and maintaining company manuals and other resources documenting standards and systems.
In addition to her responsibility as DOO, Heather is also responsible for the development of consistent and cohesive marketing materials, including (but not limited to) brochures, postcards, flyers, mailers, newsletters and e-blasts. She is also responsible for managing social media of all forms consistent with the sub-market including Facebook, Pinterest and similar sites.
Heather graduated from Stevenson University in 2015 with a bachelor of science in Business Administration. Heather currently resides in Harford County.
