Matthew Pivec has been a REALTOR® since 2003. Since then, he has helped over 500 buyers and sellers make their dream a reality – whether it’s selling their first home to move up, selling their home to move down, buying their first home, renting, building a home, or real estate investing. Although Matt has been licensed since 2003, ‘The Pivec Group’ was not incorporated until 2009. Matt wanted to turn his real estate career into a business and build a team that would impact people’s lives through real estate – clients, as well as employees.

We are results driven – the ‘typical’ realtor, in 2016, has experienced an average of homes sitting on the market for 74 days and an average selling price of  94.8%. The Pivec Group, on the other hand, is selling homes faster with an average of 42 days on the market and at a 97.4% average selling price. That extra 3% means thousands of extra dollars in your pocket.
