Director of Marketing

Job Description

The Director of Marketing owns marketing systems and lead generation processes for the entire Pivec Group. The Director is someone who can think big enough to create huge systems, while sweating the details that ensure those systems work flawlessly. The Director is comfortable with both marketing and prospecting systems for both potential clients and candidates.

The Director of Marketing oversees several different spheres of influence: lead generation campaigns, branding, team care, client care, vendor programs, long-term client campaigns, SOI campaigns, etc. All of these systems work synergistically together because of the Director’s influence.

Primary Objectives


  • Database
  • Maintain and improve overall database as needed
  • Manage and improve Client 36 touch program and drip campaigns
  • Create and send out Monthly e-newsletter
  • Coordinate market video updates
  • Obtain Testimonials on various social media platforms
  • Send out handwritten notes, as needed
  • Organize holiday cards, FaceBook posts, and gifts
  • Establish and maintain all Drip Campaigns

Social Media Marketing

  • Update and post on various social media sites to boost traffic to website and generate additional inbound leads

Direct Mail Campaigns

  • Manage and schedule all marketing materials (Seller Nurture Cards, Just Listed Cards, Just Sold Cards, Every Door Direct Farming, Sales Reports, etc.)
  • Create and send out First of Year Packages and letters
  • Advertisements
  • Market Just Listed, Under Contract, and Just Sold homes


  • Plan and coordinate TPG Appreciation Events. Follow up and feed the database will all leads cultivated.
  • Plan and coordinate Team Outings and Volunteering Events


  • Constantly update content (videos, blog posts, community info, etc.)
  • Utilize SEO to optimize traffic (track, measure, analyze ROI)

Create Marketing Materials

  • Draft brochures and print marketing materials or manage outsourcing
  • Maintain and update Buyers and Sellers guides
  • Create marketing materials to create a cohesive brand and generate leads


  • Own all aspects of marketing from start to finish
  • Serve as point of contact for all team care related items (ordering gear, etc.)
  • Maintain list of preferred vendors and proven service providers
  • Create and manage lead generation training for the entire company
  • Maintain office supply cabinet and order supplies for team as needed

Regular Work Activities

  • Develop new lead generation plans and maintains best practices for lead generation
  • Develop systems for launching new teams and developing their database
  • Performs lead generation activities as needed
  • Manage all aspects of website and social media accounts
